The IAS National Christmas Party took place on Thursday 27th November at the superb Aqua Nueva in the West End of London. Having listened to feedback from sponsors and attendees, the national committee decided to switch from the more formal black tie sit down dinner to a more informal networking event.
Numbers were certainly up on previous years Christmas Parties with over 240 agents and clients attending. There was a great atmosphere and an unexpected mild November evening allowed guests to spill out onto the terrace and enjoy the night time views across London.
IAS Chair, Josh Pater took to the microphone to thank everyone for attending and thanking the kind sponsors who had supported ,namely Tritax Big Box Developments, Indurent, Padrock, Goodman and Argo Real Estate.
One of the highlights of any national Christmas Party is announcing the amount of money the society would be handing over to the chosen charity. This year was no exception as Josh and members of the national committee presented a cheque for £25,000 to Amanda & Jacqueline, the co-founders of this years chosen charity, Give. Help. Share.
Josh went on to explain that the charity aims to give nutritious food bags, supporting families in need and to supply local schools with weekly food parcels for children who need them the most. They also aim to support families in crisis through the provision of healthy food parcels and to share health education with children. Josh thanked the generosity of its members, sponsors and attendees of the events across 2025 that allowed the society to donate the £25,000 which would go a long long way to helping children during the festive period and beyond.
A raffle that took place for the charity so thank you to everyone that bought raffle tickets. Prizes included gift vouchers for Laithwaites, Mr & Mrs Smith, Theatre Tokens, The Ivy, John Lewis and Darjeeling Express. We hope all the lucky winners enjoy their prizes.
