IAS Awards 2025

The Industrial Agents Society Awards celebrated the success and achievements of the Industrial property sector at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House London, Park Lane, London on Wednesday 24th September.

Now in their 38th year, the lAS Awards remain widely recognised as the industry’s premier networking event, attended by the country's leading agents, owners, occupiers, developers and funders of industrial and logistics real estate.

Many thanks to everyone who submitted entries this year. Well done to everyone who made the shortlist. In the face of a challenging transactional environment, the volume and quality of submissions was incredible which is a testament to the continued strength of our industry and the profession we represent. Many congratulations to the winners. 885 people attended this years awards which speaks volumes to the popularity and success of these awards and the desire to meet friends and colleagues.

Thank you to each and everyone of our kind sponsors. Their generous support allows us to maintain such a reasonable ticket price at the event. These Awards are one of the most important events in the IAS calendar and are staged to showcase the best of our sector, by providing examples of not only profitable deal making but also to demonstrate where solutions can be found in often challenging circumstances.

We are also very grateful to our judges, James Watson (Panattoni), Jo Jackson (SEGRO), Amit Babbar (Baytree), Helen Pearson (GXO), and Ian Romano (Prologis) who gave their time generously and dealt expertly with one of the longest nomination lists in history.

The IAS Awards 2026 will take place on Wednesday 23rd September in The Great Room at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House London, Park Lane. We look forward to seeing all again next year.
