IAS Awards 2021

The 2021 IAS Awards luncheon took place on Thursday 23rd September at the London Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square.

A huge thank you to all 541 attendees and to all those who took time to submit their entries for an Award. The number of entries received increased again this year, which is testament to the value and success of these Awards. After a year of absence in 2020, it was great to be back networking and socialising amongst friends and colleagues at a proper event. It was fantastic to see you all.

Many thanks also to all the sponsors for their generosity who, without them the event could not be staged. These Awards are one of the most important events in the IAS calendar and are staged to showcase the best of our sector, by providing examples of not only profitable deal making but also to demonstrate where solutions can be found in often challenging circumstances.

IAS Chairman, Gordon Reynolds, opened the occasion with a great welcome speech and this years presenter Mark Durden-Smith kept the audience thoroughly entertained throughout proceedings. Thanks also go to this year’s judges, Philip O'Callaghan, Jeff Wilson, James Taylor, Nneka Ejindu and Jason Jasper for their time and expertise. It is greatly appreciated.

Preparations for the IAS Awards 2022 are already underway and we are looking forward to seeing everyone again next year.
