Invoices for renewals
are not sent out. New membership payments and membership renewals can
only be accepted by card via your profile. Cheques will no longer be
accepted. You can also now choose to automatically renew, which will make
it easier at renewal time. You can also pay for multiple renewals for
colleagues from the same organisation by selecting “multiple renewals” in
your profile. You will receive an email receipt, which can be used to
recharge the amount from your organisation - where applicable.
Your user name is your email address. Your password is personal to you. If you have forgotten it, click forgotten password and a new one will be sent to your email address. This password can be changed when you get into your profile to something more memorable to you.
