John Sisman

As some of you may have heard it is with great sadness that we write to inform members that a dear friend and colleague Malcom Gunter passed away peacefully on Thursday 17th May 2018.

Malcolm had battled the devastating illness Motor Neurone Disease for the past 12 months since his diagnosis with courage, bravery and strength and true reflection of the wonderful man he was.

Malcolm has been a long term member of the IAS, committee member and former Western Branch Chairman and has been involved in the Bristol property sector for over 30 years and had been a director at Williams Gunter Hardwick for the past 12 years.

We have prematurely lost a true gentleman who was held in extremely high regard by all that knew him and he will be greatly missed by friends and colleagues alike. Our thoughts are with Penny and their daughter Lottie and the rest of his family at this very sad time.

A charitable Foundation had recently been established which will now continue in his memory. Please speak to John Sisman of Sisman Property Consultants (07920 806896 or email if you would like further information about the foundation or would like to donate please visit
